CANCELLATION POLICY

Face Forward Skin Care Center LLC understands that there are times when you may need to cancel your appointment with us. Should you need to cancel, you must notify our office within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to provide us with a 24-hour notice, you will be charged $50. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and without notice, you will be charged a $100 fee. 24 hour Notice is important to us and our patients as a minimum of 24 hours gives us a chance to fill the appointment with someone on the waitlist.
In addition to our cancelation/no-show policy, when you book an appointment for a service with Face Forward Skin Care Center LLC, there will be a $50 deposit that is collected at the time of scheduling, except for brow shaping services and all laser hair maintenance procedures, where this fee will be a charge of $25, suture suspension lifts, laser resurfacing with IPL, and botox facials will incur a deposit charge of $150. This deposit will then be applied to your scheduled service. Should you need to cancel, please provide our office 24 hours’ notice in advance to avoid forfeiting this non-refundable deposit.
With respect to our cancelation policy, we will request credit card information upon your visit with Face Forward. Please be aware that the credit card information is stored in our secure system allowing only the last four digits of the credit card to be visible. If you are not willing to provide us with a credit card, please know that the balance will be applied and collected prior to any future services that may be scheduled.
Should an emergency arise, please share that information with us. Each situation will be dealt with on an individual basis.
